CCD Visual Detector

All products of our company are fully inspected by CCD vision inspection equipment. This equipment adopts CCD camera to convert the target into image signal, then send the signal to the dedicated image processing system. According to the pixel distribution and brightness, color and other information, the image processing system processes these signals for a variety of operations to extract target feature, such as size, number, location, size, and other conditions. Finally, the CCD visual detector allows degrees and output according to the preset.
